2. Learn Evidence-Based Techniques to Build Self-Confidence and Self-Worth:
a. Introduce scientifically-supported techniques, such as cognitive restructuring, self-compassion exercises, and affirmations, to promote a positive self-image.
b. Equip participants with strategies they can practice daily to reinforce self-esteem and increase resilience to criticism.
3. Develop Practical Skills to Maintain and Grow Self-Esteem Over Time:
a. Guide participants in setting achievable goals and healthy boundaries to reinforce self-worth and reduce dependency on external validation.
b. Offer personalized action steps to help integrate these new practices into daily life, fostering sustainable growth in self-esteem.
