Meet Your Facilitators

Mardoche Sidor, M.D., is a Harvard-trained Quadruple Board Certified Psychiatrist, and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University. Dr. Sidor has worked both as a primary care physician and as a psychiatrist. He has worked as a Medical director and chief medical officer in three different settings, including at the Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES).

Karen Dubin, Ph.D., LCSW, is a Columbia-trained Social Worker with wide clinical, teaching, and supervision experience. She also has a background in management, mentorship, and leadership that spans more than 20 years. She is currently an Adjunct Faculty member at Columbia University School of Social Work and Adelphi University School of Social Work, while also maintaining a private practice that focuses on loss and trauma.
