"The seminar [DBT] on emotional regulation was one of the best and most useful seminars I have ever attended. It was excellent in both explaining the rationale for emotional regulation, the hows and whys of it, and providing the most useful tools for implementing it in my practice. Bravo to Dr. Sidor and staff." - Robert, PhD
"The mindfulness and distress tolerance techniques stood out. Mardoche is engaging and really keeps me interested in the topics and how I can utilize the techniques on a daily basis in my work." - Shannon, LCSW
"You learn so much for your practice and life! Dr. Sidor is excellent." - Rachelle, LCSW
"I would definitely recommend this seminar to my colleagues because Karen so beautifully and thoughtfully and thoroughly revealed the underpinnings and practical implementation of the DBT skills. This seminar was very enlightening and empowering!" - Elizabeth, LCSW-R
"I would recommend the DBT seminars because even though for years I facilitated DBT Groups utilizing the Marsha Linehan Workbook in an Outpatient & Inpatient Setting, I still gained additional, valuable clinical skills by participating in the SWEET Institute DBT Course." - Cheryl, LCSW-R
