"I learned about an approach that I wasn't fully familiar with: The totally client-centered approach while constantly having them connected and having them come... to a different way of seeing the problem and then feeling empowered." - Ellen, LCSW
"[What stood out was] the client as witness to their own story, being able to connect with their unique story, values, and identity that is outside the problem story." - Cheryl, LMSW
"Reminder of the power of connecting to personal values, helping to reframe memory with empowering questions, and as always, the importance of compassion and respect for the strengths of clients, especially when they have trouble getting there." - Deborah, LCSW-R
"I've learned about NT before, but not in depth. This was a good start at looking into it. Good tech, friendly presenters, relevant info." - Kate, LCSW
"Assist patient by helping them tell their stories, and ask more questions to help them make connections to their dominant story, which will allow them to take action at their own time." - Ines, LCSW-R
