Why Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-based trauma therapy that accesses subcortical regions where trauma is stored beyond words and cognition. Developed by Dr. David Grand, Brainspotting uses eye position, somatic attunement, and mindful presence to activate the body’s innate healing capacity.
