Acceptance & Commitment Therapy for Presence, Courage, and Values-Based Living Series
The SWEET Institute is excited to announce the launch of our transformational 8-Week Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Series, designed for clinicians, staff, leaders, helpers, healers, and anyone committed to growing personally and professionally.
ACT is one of the most researched and effective therapies in the world, used to support emotional wellbeing, trauma recovery, resilience, meaning-making, and long-term behavior change. Through a powerful integration of mindfulness, neuroscience, behavioral science, and values-based action, ACT helps us:

· Open to our internal experience
· Unhook from unhelpful thoughts
· Reduce avoidance patterns
· Live and lead from our deepest values
This series blends ACT with the SWEET Four Layers of Transformation (Conscious → Pre-conscious → Unconscious → Existential), offering not just information—but identity-level change.

This 8-week series blends science, presence, practical tools, values, and identity transformation.
