  3. Examine Cognitive Distortions That Fuel Self-Doubt: Discover the role of perfectionism, comparison, and other cognitive biases that reinforce feelings of inadequacy.
  4. Develop Evidence-Based Strategies for Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: Gain practical tools grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion to combat self-doubt and reframe negative thoughts.
  5. Foster a Growth Mindset for Resilience and Confidence: Shift from a fear-based mindset to a focus on learning, growth, and progress using the principles of Carol Dweck’s growth mindset research.
  6. Create a Personal Action Plan for Continued Growth: Design a roadmap for embracing success, seeking support, and building a sustainable sense of self-worth.
