"The best word to describe this weekend was TRANSFORMATIONAL! Each of us had an opportunity to work with the facilitator and talk about how to remove the blocks in our life that [are] holding us back. It was an incredible and informative weekend. Highly recommend!" - Michelle, LMSW

"What stood out the most is the simplicity of how to achieve peace and calm, and to uncover the blocks that hold one back from experiencing the best one can be." - Mary Grace, LCSW-R

"The amazing power of awareness and stepping outside of the many thoughts we are bombarded with daily. This course is giving me space to breath and have a healthier relationship with my thoughts. This is evidence of the therapist needing a therapist. Thank you both!" - Deirdra, LCSW-R

"It helped to put several things in perspective for me related to my life satisfaction, and I would like for my colleagues and loved ones to enjoy the same sense of peace I felt at the end of this class." - Sol, LCSW

"With the aid of Dr. Sidor and Karen, I was able to identify and address the blocks in my life that [were] preventing me from loving unconditionally. I am forever grateful. I was also able to glean from others sharing." - Vilma, LCSW-R
