Online Group Supervision

Lacking a safe place to reflect and grow leads to continually experiencing negative outcomes. SWEET provides an environment conducive to fostering reflection on the work you do while promoting self- care, burnout prevention, and empowerment. Like all of our other services, fulfillment and embracing your true self-identity is key and our ultimate goal.

Whether you work for an agency, group practice, or are a solo practitioner, supervision is a vital resource that keeps all of us grounded, nourished, and supported. It is also an opportunity for us to grow, continue to hone skills, and explore moments of further exploration with our patients and clients.

SWEET Supervision emphasizes critical thinking, clinician-client collaborative, multidisciplinary, and empowerment-based care. We follow the SWEET Model, including the process of the Socratic Method and collective learning.
