Introduction

Our clients come to us because there are specific areas of their lives that are not working and they would like to improve them. Many times, they are seeking to address one area and have difficulty seeing how the one area is related to a constellation of needs regarding their overall lifestyle. So, how do we help our clients take a step back and examine their lifestyle as a system operating together rather than separately? Furthermore, who is this client of ours who is trying to address areas of their life? What is their understanding of life? Can we really address something without first understanding exactly what we're working to address?

Join us and help guide your clients in discovering why their plan for an overall healthier lifestyle has been failing, and how to shift things for themselves.

What you’ll learn

At the end of this online seminar, you will have:
  • Learned a framework for effectively working with patients and clients to help them create a healthier lifestyle.
  • Learned the Principles, Techniques, Steps, and Do's and Don'ts of the Socratic Motivational Practice in effectively working with patients and clients to help them create a healthier lifestyle.
  • Increased your tools of talking with patients and clients, by identifying at least one thing you will start doing differently at the end of the seminar, as a result of the Socratic Motivational Practice framework.
  • Everything you want in one place, including an illustration of how to implement the newly learned skills during our role plays.
  • Received your certificate by email after your post-test and evaluation are completed.
