Our clients come to us because they know they want something in their lives to change, stop, or "be better." They also look forward to your help in being clear on what "that something is." As clinicians, we work with our clients to clarify what it is they really want. We seek to support them in making behavioral changes to achieve those goals. And we also know that the more we have, the more we can give.
