Introduction

You hear a lot about CBT, but you have not found any framework available to help you know when and how to best maximize such a skill.

Join us, enhance your skills, and make a difference in your practice, and for your patients and clients.

At the end of this seminar, you will have:

  • Learned the framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to increase the effectiveness of your work in helping patients and clients.
  • Learned the principles, techniques, and steps of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
  • Increased your tools to talking with patients and clients, by identifying at least one thing you will start doing differently at the end of the seminar, as a result of the Socratic Motivational Practice framework.
  • Everything you want in one place, including an illustration of how to implement the newly learned skills during our role plays.
  • Received your certificate by email after your post-test and evaluation are completed.
