This seminar is clinically-based for anyone invested in improving their skills.

Whether you work with clients who are hard to empathize with or not, learning the essential framework to a proper and enhanced validation will enhance your overall skills as a mental health provider. You will master the latest on Neuroscience, and cognitive and behavioral science, to better validate and work with your clients, in a more effective way, in a more efficient way, and in a more collaborative and engaging way, regardless of what modality you are currently using.
This is all in addition to learning the Socratic Motivational Practice framework as part of mastering the secrets and soft skills of validation, and how to best tailor this framework to those you work with. The amount of knowledge in mental health doubles every eighteen months, and we all want to provide authentic care.

Here’s what our attendees are saying about our SWEET Webinars:
"I just love Karen and Mardoche's energy and how well you work together. Your trainings are always thought-provoking and inspire personal and professional reflection. The Zoom meeting actually worked really well for me. The ppt + Karen + Mardoche's screens had a good flow (as opposed to other more monotonous webinars I have participated in through other orgs)."
- Brenda, LMSW
"Very practical. User friendly. Amazing, thank you."
- Britney, LCSW
"Provided a new way for me to think about my traumatized clients."
