CBT and Cognitive Restructuring - 3rd Edition (Self-Study)

Self-Study

Do you understand the Tenet of CBT that, “Our perception of a situation and not the situation itself determines the feelings and behaviors that follow”? If so, why is it that you continue to manage trauma the way you do? Why is it that your clients continue to hold a societal thought system? And why is it that they continue to operate from so many cognitive distortions?

Do you agree it is time to help your clients start having a better, freer, and happier life? If so, join us and master how to help them through cognitive restructuring
