Living Unconditional Positive Regard: A 12-Week Journey of Transformation

How to See, Accept, and Elevate Yourself and Others Through Unconditional Positive Regard

What would change if you truly saw yourself and others: without judgment, without condition, and without fear?

The Living UPR Certificate Course is more than a course; it’s an invitation to transformation. Over twelve weeks, we’ll journey through the Four Layers of Transformation—the conscious, pre-conscious, unconscious, and existential; learning how Unconditional Positive Regard (UPR) reshapes every dimension of human experience: from how we act and think, to how we connect, lead, and live.

Each 1-hour session integrates:

•      Science and Soul: Grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and existential thought.

•      Practice and Presence: Real-world exercises, micro-practices, and reflective dialogue.

•      Connection and Growth: A learning community ready to live UPR, not just understand it.

What You’ll Gain

•      A deep understanding of UPR as a framework for healing and leadership.

•      Tools for applying UPR across personal, professional, and systemic contexts.

•      The ability to bridge insight to implementation, cultivating sustainable transformation.

•      Renewal of your compassion, authenticity, and presence.

“When we regard without condition, we set ourselves and others free.”

Join us for twelve transformative weeks—to live from empathy, lead from authenticity, and love without condition.
