Either you, your loved ones, or your clients are challenged by the effect of anxiety. You have likely tried anything, to no avail. You have likely not strongly considered the role of the past, the mind, and imagination in this stubbornly persistent anxiety, and that explains why it has seemed impossible to address it. You are tired. You have no idea what to do anymore. You have had enough! SWEET has your back! All you do now is join us, and we’ll do the rest!
What will you learn from this seminar on Anxiety: Your Mind, Imagination, and Results?
- How and why things engender anxiety and how to use that to address it effectively, going forward
- How and why clients do not really understand the thing they think is causing their anxiety and how to help them identify that which is exactly causing their anxiety and how to address it
- How and why we are never anxious for the reason we think and how to use that to no longer be crippled by anxiety
During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning where you will be learning what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
