  1. Do you, your loved ones, or your clients have difficulty getting rid of undesired habits?
  2. Do you, your loved ones, or your clients keep getting undesired results, which keep persisting, no matter what else is done?
  3. Do you, your loved ones, or your clients, continue with the same self-image, despite having tried everything to change it?

If so, you will benefit from learning how beliefs translate into habits, results, and identity. You will discover why information has failed to change behaviors, and you will learn how to overcome such a failure, and how to modify habits, results, and identity, by working at the corresponding core beliefs.

What will you learn from this seminar on CBT and Beliefs?

  1. How beliefs translate into values, attitude, and perception, and how to use such a discovery to help your clients develop a view of life that works for them
  2. How beliefs translate into focused thought, focused feelings, and behaviors, and how to use such a discovery to help your clients relate differently to their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
  3. How beliefs translate into habits, results, and identity, and how to implement this knowledge to help your clients succeed in forming new habits and letting go of old habits, results, and identity

During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning where you will be learning what it takes to truly help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
