Internalized Oppression, Rewriting the Script: A Journey Through Healing and Liberation (Live)

Starts on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 - 7:30-9pm (EDT)

This is more than a Certificate Course. It is a 12-week hybrid experience, combining the depth of a certificate course with the intimacy and safety of a healing circle. It is designed for deep learning, real transformation, and collective healing. We meet in real time, face-to-face (virtually), so you can see and connect with your fellow participants. This meeting style is central to the experience, as such, your presence, participation, and commitment are strongly encouraged.

We will journey into the roots of internalized oppression, exploring how racism, sexism, classism, ableism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, and other “isms” and systemic harms seep into our inner dialogue and shape our sense of self. Together, we will learn how to identify, disrupt, and rewrite these internal scripts to reclaim dignity, self-trust, and authentic power.
