Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Series

The SWEET Institute invites you to an engaging and practical series on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)—a powerful, strength-based approach designed to help individuals identify solutions rather than dwell on problems. Rooted in the belief that people possess the resources needed to overcome challenges, SFBT is widely used in clinical, community, and organizational settings to foster sustainable, positive change.

This series will offer participants a comprehensive understanding of SFBT principles, techniques, and applications, empowering practitioners to enhance their therapeutic effectiveness while maintaining a client-centered focus.
