Trauma does not just happen. Trauma does not automatically happen because of exposure to a “traumatic” event. People do not just “heal” from trauma. Time is not really what heals. For indeed, “The Body Keeps the Score,” and it will until we help clients by addressing the issue at its root.

What will you learn from this seminar?

  1. How to understand trauma in a way that will help you better help your clients

  3. How to implement the triad of Unlearning, Relearning, and Continuous Learning to Recover from Trauma and PTSD
  4. How to facilitate the transfer of skills and promote cognitive resilience

During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning process where you will be learning what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
