97% of our thoughts are unconscious. We go through life lamenting how hard it is, without awareness of the fact that everything is a function of our own thoughts. This takes place as a result of operating predominantly on an unconscious level. For us to change the results of our life, replacing thoughts becomes necessary.

What will you learn from this seminar?

  1. How to develop a healthy relationship with our thoughts
  2. How to replace thoughts and end the cycle of suffering
  3. How to let go of guilt, fear, and shame

During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning process where you will be learning what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.

Here's what attendees have been saying about SWEET seminars:

“It was in-depth, yet presented in a simplistic way that you could quickly wrap your head around, leaving you wanting more. I felt that I had gotten more tools for my tool chest, and felt that I can enlighten my clients with another way of developing self-acceptance.” - Loretta, LICSW

“What stood out the most was the idea of how one thinks about themselves in relation to others regarding feelings, thoughts, and separateness. Shifting and changing one's thoughts from delusional thinking to Reality-based thinking via the methods taught in this course, and others I have taken with Karen and Dr. Sidor, are inspiring and solid methods to helping one's self and others.” - Mary Grace, LCSW-R

“Techniques that can be used to help change negative thoughts, such as the looking glass technique.” - Donna, LCSW
