Our thoughts are conscious cognitive processes that take place independently of sensory stimulation or that are triggered by an external stimulus. They are also considered our own mental states or systems of ideas. Regardless of which discipline we look at, our thoughts are considered the engine, the operant factor, and the catalyst.
Yet, how much do our clients know about thoughts? How well do they relate to their thoughts? And how can they ever end their own suffering as long as they continue to have an unhealthy relationship with their thoughts? We are in this field to make a difference. The most important difference we make is to help give our clients the tools they need to end their suffering. If you’d like to master how to do just that, please join us and help them learn how to replace their thoughts.
What will you learn from this seminar?
- How to help clients develop a healthy relationship with their thoughts
- How to help clients learn how to replace thoughts and let go of guilt, fear, and shame
- How to help clients replace thoughts and end their cycle of suffering
During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning process where you will learn what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
