Self-Reparenting Series: Becoming the Adult You Needed
Many of us and our clients learned to survive before we learned to feel safe. We learned to be strong, responsible, pleasing, or invisible. We learned to silence needs, override emotions, and carry more than we should.
These were not flaws. They were adaptations. But what helped us survive in the past may now limit your peace, relationships, and wellbeing.
This 8-week transformational series offers a compassionate, science-grounded path to:
• Heal emotional patterns
• Build self-trust and internal safety
• Update limiting beliefs
• Develop healthy boundaries
• Validate and understand emotions
• Grieve what was missing
• Become your own secure base
What is self-reparenting?
Self-reparenting is the practice of learning to respond to yourself with the care, protection, and guidance you may not have consistently received growing up.
It is not about blaming the past. It is about building your future.
It is grounded in:
• Attachment science
• Developmental neuroscience
• Trauma-informed care
• Self-compassion research
• The SWEET Four Layers of Transformation
• The SWEET Body–Mind–Meaning Framework
