Schema Therapy in Action (Live)
Wednesday, March 19, 2025 - 12-2pm (EDT)
About the Seminar:
Join us for an engaging and practical two-hour seminar on Schema Therapy in Action. This seminar is designed for clinicians seeking to deepen their understanding and application of Schema Therapy in helping clients heal from long-standing emotional struggles, traumas, and self-destructive patterns.
Schema Therapy is an integrative therapeutic approach that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques, attachment theory, and experiential interventions to address early maladaptive schemas—deeply ingrained emotional patterns formed in childhood that continue to influence thoughts, behaviors, and relationships in adulthood. Through case studies, hands-on demonstrations, and interactive discussions, this seminar will show how to identify, challenge, and transform these schemas to promote lasting change.
