Here's what attendees have been saying about SWEET seminars:

"I would recommend this course because by intending our daily activities via journaling, becoming aware of our breathing, doing breathing scanning, and using corrective journaling, one can be more present and aware of the blocks that get in the way of what we really want to accomplish. This can be transferred to our clients, as we get more adept at doing it ourselves and learning more about ourselves." - Mary Grace, LCSW-R

"The intellectual Learning and experiential learning are balanced and learning truly like nothing I have ever experienced in all my years of post-doctoral studies. Thank you." - Holly, LCSW

"This seminar was practical, insightful, and thought-provoking. I believe it is useful knowledge for anyone working in the health services field." - Sarena, LCSW
