Long before we entered our adult relationships, we were learning what relationships meant. We were learning about trust, conflict, love, safety, vulnerability, connection, rejection, validation, and belonging. These experiences became the foundation upon which future relationships were built.
Whether we realize it or not, each of us carries a blueprint into every relationship.
In this engaging and transformational 8-week series, participants will explore how relationship patterns develop, how projection influences perception, how emotional wounds shape connection, and how repair and reconnection can strengthen relationships.
Drawing from attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, relationship psychology, and the SWEET Four Layers of Transformation, this series offers participants a practical and compassionate framework for understanding themselves and others more deeply.
