We place blame on the things going on around us and look for those things to change in order to feel better. When those things do change, we worry that it will go wrong again, or we find that it does not last, and then we are back in the same position again. We see everything as outside ourselves and we wait for the outcomes we want. This explains why we have the life we have.
What would it be like if we shifted our perception to looking at things from the inside rather than relying on the outside?
Please join us and have the skills you need to help your clients become free from anxiety.
What will you learn from this seminar?
- Learn what happens when we shift our perception to another way of looking at things
- Learn what it takes to choose a different thought when we are experiencing anxiety
- Learn how to let go of fear and anxiety, and how to remove blocks to trust and peace of mind
During this 2-hour seminar, we will guide you through an experiential learning process where you will be learning what it takes to help your clients, and how to implement that in daily practice.
